We've had a couple of issues with the house, already. Boo. My dryer is electric and the hook up in the house is gas. So, I have to do laundry at our friend's house. As if they haven't done enough for us already. =) They are awesome. We are posting our set on Craigslist and hoping to find a set on there too.
Then! I was cooking dinner the other night and turned on the back burner on accident and it wouldn't turn off! I swear. lol We called the emergency number for our maintenance people. The guy told Frank to have me just blow out the fire. Uh Duh! Can't do that, cause gas would fill the house. Some smart people there. My goodness. So another guy came out to fix it. Not a quick fix. . . the part takes 3 days to come in and then it's a holiday. I've been without a stove or oven for 4 days. Not as fun as you think. When you go to make something on the stove and the stove doesn't work. HaHa!
Enough complaining. =) Here are some pictures from the last week. Madelyn and I flew into Long Beach (Genn, Erika and Kris, I saw the cruise ship you were on! lol) last Sunday, so we went to the beach in Santa Monica. Fun! They loved it. Cannot wait to take them again!
Frankie LOVES snails. I think they are disgusting! He finds them everywhere. Ick!
Now that Frankie is home, he has to play with Madelyn more. =P
Before we left Colorado, Madelyn had just started crawling. Now she pulls up on everything. Yesterday, she stood by herself a few times. Eek! I'm not ready for an independent little girl. =(
She likes to brush her hair with her little comb. lol
She loves to be outside, but wants to play on the patio. I don't want her knees to hurt, so we limit that right now.
She LOVES her brother!!! It's adorable!
Today we went to our friend's place for Mem Day and went swimming.
This was Madelyn's first time in the pool. She loves water. I was afraid she would hate it because of how cold it was. She loved it! She stood for a while, but then sat all by herself. She sat there for probably about 20 mins, kicking her feet and splashing with her hands. So cute.

So glad to see so many pics. I refuse to believe that that baby is going to walk soon! You're killing me here! Weird about your stove, hope that and the dryer are the only problems you encounter with the house. Miss you!!
