Hubby's Birthday

Frank's birthday is 3 months away.  And it's his 30th.
I have no idea what to do.  I want to do something big, since it's his 30th.  We will be in CA away from everybody.  Should I take him to Vegas (which will be 5 hours away.  Yay!) and have our friends come too, take him down to San Diego, or something else?  And what do I do with the kids?  Hmmmm. . .  Maybe I can fly grandma out to watch them.  HeHe. . .
Of course, if you have any suggestions, I would love them!  You guys are awesome!  =)
